A short introduction to me:
I am a former neuroscientist and engineer who has been training and practicing Breathwork for over 2 years, and other forms of meditation (Vipassana, Trancendental, Yoga Nidra) as well as plant medicines for over 10 years. I currently work with groups and individuals at startups and companies like Richemont and Airbnb in New York and Dublin. More about me and my current work can be found here.
I have trained with both David Elliott and Erin Telford in David’s style of pranayama breathwork. This is an active form of pranayama breathwork meditation, with deep rhythmic breathing to increase the oxygen flow through the body. It is highly cathartic and slightly psychedelic in it’s ability to release stuck energy and connect us more deeply with our intuition and deep inner wisdom. A straightforward class can be delivered in 60 minutes and workshops, which would also incorporate journalling, reflection and sharing (powerfully amplifies the session) in 1.5 – 2 hours. The breathwork portion is 35 – 45 minutes and practiced lying down in savassana.
