Melanie has been working in the field of wellness and well-being for over 10 years, specialising in bodywork, mindset coaching & emotional guidance.
She is trained in multiple disciplines of bodywork and has developed her own unique style while blending therapeutic and relaxing skills to suit her clients individual needs. Melanie’s strong points are in helping you find relief from chronic or acute muscle pains, myofascial pain syndrome and postural discomfort. Her interest in how the body functions has led Melanie to complete a 500hr yoga training and bring this knowledge into the treatment room.
Working closely with one-to-one clients, Melanie understands what holds people back and what enables them to live to their full potential. She is a trained co-active life coach and believes that all people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and lead all her sessions, classes, and workshops from that perspective.
Melanie loves providing tools to manage stress & anxiety and develop a strong intuitive awareness to self-manage, self-care and self-love which in return will benefit her clients in all areas of their lives.
Melanie believes that the bridge between mind and body is through understanding ones emotions and being aware of our own internal guidance. She works with meditations, visualisations, and intuition to guide you to understand yourself better and live a more fulfilling life.
