From our Clients
Best massage I ever had, really deep and relaxing. I highly recommend Elaine as a therapist.
Elaine is professional and kind, the service is irreproachable.
I’ve had reiki from Mike a couple of times and every time I left feeling like a weight had been lifted and more in connection with my body and mind then ever before. They were powerful experiences that left a mark. So I decided to sign up for reiki level 1.
I really enjoyed attending level 1 with Mike. He’s a great teacher, very down to earth, insightful and practical. I left feeling like I had just started something special and very excited for the future ahead, I will definitely be back for level 2 and highly recommend both Mikes teaching practise and consultations…5 stars from me.
When I arrived in Dublin in 2016, I had been suffering from occasional severe anxiety and depression for several years. After no success with mainstream medicine, I decided it was time to see what naturopathy had to offer. I am very glad that I did.
Through her diagnosis and expertise, Anne was able to help me build a holistic regime that gave me the power to reclaim my health and maintain that balance. I felt improvement within the first several weeks and with continued practice of Anne’s recommendations, I continue to feel better than I have in a long time! Anne is a wonderful practitioner.
She is kind, caring, and has great empathy for her clients. I felt very supported through our work together.
I highly recommend her!

I couldn’t recommend Laura enough, she’s terrific!!! I’ve had the best reflexology-reiki sessions in Dublin with her. She’s absolutely calm and warm, she listens to me through her hands and ears and after I go and see her I feel way better than before, also the room where she works is absolutely peaceful. Thank you so much Laura.
I have been a very happy client of the Dublin Holistic Centre since August 2015. I have attended many of their classes on Mindfulness, Yoga and Pilates and can truly say that all of the instructors have been inspiring, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about what they do.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Dublin Holistic Centre to anyone looking for quality classes that offer that extra depth.
We conducted a poll to decide on an exercise class and yogalates won by popular vote. We work for a gaming company so this time away from our desks and computers is of noticeable benefit to both body and mind. Having the instructor travel to us really helps those with tight schedules. For these reasons a core group has developed who attend without fail every week!
Aisling - Health & Wellness Manager
We recently launched our Health and Wellness Programme in the Royal Irish Academy on Dawson Street and we invited Dublin Holistic Centre to help us to make our launch day special. Little did we realise the lengths which Helen and the DHC team would go to in order to make it a truly memorable event. The room was set up beautifully and the smell of geranium oil wafting into the hallway was an absolute treat!
Kevin and Victoria, our DHC therapists, were a pleasure to deal with – their gentle manner made everyone feel instantly at ease. Our launch day wouldn’t have been the success it was without their involvement. We will definitely be in contact with Dublin Holistic Centre in the coming months to set up something on a regular basis for our employees.
The Dublin Holistic Centre provided a fantastic introduction to the healing arts for our company’s first annual “Wellness at Work” Week. Our staff had the pleasure of engaging in a very interactive and informative presentation provided by Deirdre McGrath highlighting some of the benefits of the healing arts and more specifically, individual initiatives one can take for stress management.
Everyone left this presentation with a smile on their face – we all had so much fun with Deirdre and we can’t thank her enough for holding space with us and sharing her contagiously animated spirit!
In the afternoon, we transformed our Boardroom into a day spa! The Dublin Holistic Centre spoiled us with 10 minute massages for all interested staff members. A relaxing treat and a much welcomed change to the stationary desk life!
Thank you so much to Helen for managing an excellent day for us – all of the practitioners that came to our office were professional, well organized and made everyone feel confident and comfortable. A great fit for our team, and everyone left the office on a positive buzz.

Student (Classes) Testimonials
Thank you to all the Staff at the Holistic Centre who provide just the perfect tranquil space where you will find teachers who are passionate about encouraging every student who comes to Class to enjoy the class.
The teachers just love imparting their knowledge and no matter what level you start at you can be sure the moves will be tailored to suit you.
You can buy Classes and take them when it suits you, so you never miss a class.
You can mix and match your classes so you can take a Pilates Class, Yoga Class or a YogaLate Class any day at Lunchtime.
So make that effort to get off your ass and take a Class you won’t be sorry.
Thank you so much, I can honestly say going to lunchtime yoga classes is one of the best things I have ever done for me!!!
You have given us a loving, peace-filled community and home for yoga and osteopathy not to mention ongoing support and friendship. You were one of our first connections after we moved to Dublin, so you hold a very special place with us.

Pilates was recommended to me by my physiotherapist to help with my back problems. I was surprised by how much I enjoy the classes. I had thought pilates was mainly women but it turns out not to be the case at all! The reasons I attend the DHC are it’s convenient central location, lunchtime classes leave my evenings free, the affordable price and of course, the great teachers!
I was a runner until suffering a bad injury to the cartilage in my knee meant I had to give it up. I now come to the Dublin Holistic Centre for yoga once a week and twice for pilates. This practice helps me with pain relief and healing but also allows me to keep active and doing the things I want to do!
I’ve been coming to pilates for many years but since taking time away from work to care for my mum, this time to myself has become more important than ever.
I love Keith, his humour and banter puts you at ease and makes the class much easier to do. It’s a comfort to know I will leave smiling and feeling good!
Renting a Space at the DHC
From a therapist/teacher point of view I can only say it is a place people can say with pride and confidence that they have worked because I think the main reason it is so successful and well respected is because at the very centre of the ethos is quality and client centred care and only the best for the clients, which means that therapists have to reach and maintain the best standards, and it is also evident in lots of ways that the therapists are also looked after, clean kitchen, cups, discount treatments for each other, gentle reminders when needed, etc., etc., and all this comes from the original vision filled with heart…
Wishing you great success in the future, what is so lovely is that as the centre expands it never loses the core that makes it unique,
I’ve been fortunate to have worked in the Dublin holistic centre since it opened in South William street, (and in the centre before that on Wicklow street) for the last eight years. This is an ethical company run by the owner and manager with exceptional care and kindness for those who all who run their practice from its premises.
Its a real pleasure to work there as they are so supportive of practitioners and engender an atmosphere of respect and warmth. The Georgian building is beautiful architecturally and very tastefully decorated.
Its warm, comfortable light-filled rooms are a pleasure to work in and this is something clients frequently comment on too. Its also a very reasonable price which is another bonus!
All in all I’d heartily recommend working here!
I started with Dublin Holistic Centre in September 2011, (4 months after the birth of my first daughter) and happily stayed with there until March 2014 (one year after the birth of my second daughter).
The Holistic centre was the perfect place for me to rebuild my business after my maternity leave. At first I started with one class and this quickly built to a point where I was teaching 10 classes a week there along with a monthly weekend workshop, and became busy enough to reopen my own studio on Dame St.
The Dublin Holistic Centre is a GREAT place to work and teachers or practitioners who have the pleasure of basing their businesses there are lucky.
The centre is so well managed, its always clean, tidy, smells amazing, staff are friendly and welcoming and easy to work with. Helen and Bella are superstars, very approachable and put their own hearts and souls into the centre and this energy is evident at every turn.
I was very proud to bring my students to Dublin Holistic Centre and in return the centre brought amazing students into my life too.
I loved teaching at Dublin Holistic Centre and I hope that our relationship continues to flourish.
Happy Memories from a Happy Space!
I can’t even begin to describe how much being a part of the DHC has changed me.
It opened me up in ways I never imagined and allowed me to flourish. By the time I leave it will be nearly 3 years since I started, but in some ways it feels like forever!! I feel so blessed to have the opportunity of being part of something so special.
It’s like I arrived as a girl and will now leave a woman!!!! (almost, lol) 🙂
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for welcoming me when I came to rent a space there, thank you for asking me to work on reception, thank you for giving me so much guidance with my business, thank you for always listening, thank you for your constant support, and thank you for being such amazing, kick-ass, inspirational women.
I really love you guys.
