Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to focus on particular problematic situations in your life. If you feel you need to talk through problems, working with a Counsellor can help you deal with the matter by offering suggestions & advise. Some examples include: issues in work/job loss, bullying, a recent death, addiction or relationship issues.
Most of the counsellors in the Dublin Wellness Centre are fully trained as Psychotherapists.
