Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to focus on particular problematic situations in your life. If you feel you need to talk through problems, working with a Counselor can help you deal with the matter by offering suggestions & advise.
Some examples include: issues at work, bullying, a recent death, addiction, relationship issues, eating disorders, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and social issues.
Most of the counselors in the Dublin Wellness Centre are fully trained as Psychotherapists. They offer you caring, expert counselling to help you identify and work through any problems you may be facing in your life; as well as provide you with the tools necessary to help you overcome them.
