We go through each developmental stage of your childhood in order to clearly realise what has happened to you and learn how to support, take care, comfort, reclaim and champion your wounded inner child.
The Inner Child is our emotional, sensitive, vulnerable, joyful, happy part of ourselves that lives inside of us all and eagers for love, care, attention and nutrition. It is also the creative, free, spontaneous, wild, magical part of us that knows how to trust, has no shame or guilt, knows no fear and sees life through its heart. It is in fact the small little child within us that was not allowed to rejoice with life. The small little child that was not admired, accepted and valued for who it really was and had to build a false self instead, in order to survive and to feel that it belonged.
In reality, the Inner Child is us, it is the Essence and Blueprint of our Soul and of our true self and carries the unique qualities of our Soul. Due to recurrent traumas/ incidents of shock throughout our childhood (abandonment, rejection, neglect, divorce, abuse etc.), we lost contact with these qualities of our Soul, which inevitably led to lose contact from our bodies, our emotions and our true selves. We were deeply wounded, cut off and shrunk.
Through structured and targeted one-to-one sessions, we go through each developmental stage of your childhood in order to clearly realise what has happened to you and learn how to support, take care, comfort, reclaim and champion your wounded inner child, in order to give space for the magical child that lies underneath to shine! You thus, become the real, conscious, empowered, responsible adult who lives from his heart, trusts his feelings and reconnects with his vital, life-force energy. Each session is experiential and deals with a specific theme based on each developmental stage of childhood. Different somatic techniques are used, such as bio-energetic exercises, meditations, Gestalt work, bodynamic work etc., that bring the person in an immediate touch with the reality and realisation of his early experiences, enabling him to confront his past and live a more fulfilling, blossoming, full of dignity present.
