Neuro Linguistic Programming is the study of how we think, communicate and behave.
Do you ever find that the things you want in life aren’t showing up and the things you don’t want are?
Have you ever ordered a burger with no salad or dressing only to find that the burger you are given has extra salad and enough dressing for ten burgers?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (“NLP”) explores the connection between the neurological processes of the brain (neuro), the language we use with ourselves and others (linguistic), and behavioural and thought patterns we have learned through our experiences (programming)
Often there is a miscommunication between our conscious mind (what we think we want) and our unconscious mind (what our thought and behavioral processes and patterns are actually attracting into our lives).
NLP is the practice of exploring these processes, language and behavioral patterns, which are often negative, and re-programming them so that they attract the things that will make our lives as meaningful and fulfilling as possible
