A holistic therapy that works primarily on the feet to facilitate health and relaxation

Areas of the feet are seen to correspond by ‘reflex’ to specific parts of the body. Pressing and massaging these areas, as well as areas on the hands and ears, has been found to have a beneficial effect on the organs they correspond to, and on the body as a whole. Reflexology involves application of pressure to these areas of the body with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing.

Benefits of Reflexology include:

  • Stress reduction
  • Anti-anxiety
  • Improved immune system
  • Sinus pain relief
  • Lessen aches and pains
  • Hormone balance
  • Boost fertility
  • Improve digestion
  • Ease arthritis pain
  • Lessen nerve pain
