Yoga is the union between mind, body and soul through breathing and awareness.
Each yoga posture has unique benefits for your body, from stretching, toning and strengthening muscles and organs, assisting your body to detox, balance, replenish.
Hatha Yoga -Word Hatha translates to Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha), It refers to the pairs of opposites that exist within us. The balance of masculine aspects – sun, hot, active and the feminine aspects- moon, cold and passive.
We tend to favour things we like and avoid things we don’t, gradually this creates imbalance in our bodies and inhibits the mind. Hatha Yoga practice is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites, using postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices.
Bio Energy Therapy
Bio Energy Therapy is a safe, non-invasive and highly effective form of energy medicine. The energy created by our experiences, thoughts, mental attitudes and our perception permeate via the chakras (energy points) through our cells, tissues, muscles and organs effecting our overall wellbeing. When our body’s energy is balanced and energy is flowing freely we are healthy. Bio Energy therapy helps bring a persons’ body to a state of balance (homeostasis). It is our ideal state for our body to be working out of its optimal, full vitality and health. Your bodywants to be healed and healthy!
Mindfulness is an extreme sense of awareness. We can observe our thoughts, feelings, sensations and actions. By focusing on this centre of consciousness we can reduce suffering, we can realise the beauty of the word and everything that’s in it. Mindfulness is focusing our full attention on the now, the present moment. This is all we have, when we dwell on the past or wonder about the future we cannot enjoy, we lose the importance of what we have now, appreciating our experience and being grateful.
