In the first part of our workshop we will delve into the benefits of this slow yoga style that will help you to loosen up very tight hips, joints and hamstrings that might be the cause of your lower back pain.
Find release through awareness and use of the hip opening poses.
In the second part, we will enjoy a relaxing sequence of restorative yoga, to go inward and invite new spaciousness into the body and heart as we melt into chest opening poses.
We end our workshop with delightful guided relaxation using Tibetan singing bowls to evoke an equanimity and serene mind that will prepare you for the start of the next year.
